Permitted use
You may play Neon Blitz for personal, lawful entertainment and share genuine score results. Do not interfere with the service, probe private infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, distribute malware, or use the game to violate another person’s rights.
Fair play and callsigns
Do not manipulate requests, fabricate runs, exploit defects to submit impossible scores, or attempt to bypass rate limits. Callsigns must not be hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, impersonating, unlawfully identifying, or otherwise abusive. A callsign may be rejected or removed when necessary to protect players or the service.
Leaderboard moderation
Scores and callsigns may be reviewed, hidden, corrected, or removed when they appear invalid, abusive, unlawful, or technically harmful. Automated validation reduces casual cheating but no browser game can prevent every manipulated client. Ranking availability and position are not guaranteed.
Service availability
Neon Blitz is provided as a free game and may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. Local progression, queued submissions, installability, and online services can be affected by browser settings, device storage, connectivity, maintenance, or provider outages.
Intellectual property
The Neon Blitz name, game presentation, original text, code, and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms allow you to play the service; they do not grant permission to copy, sell, repackage, or represent the game as your own.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every device, score, or online feature will always work. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses, lost local progress, ranking changes, or interruptions arising from use of the free game. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be revised when the game or its public services change. A public support address is not currently configured; the Contact page will publish the official channel when available.
